Sea Moss Overnight Oats (Vanilla + Banana)

A simple breakfast jar you can prep in 5 minutes — creamy oats with sea moss gel for a smooth texture.

Ingredients (1 jar)
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 150–200ml milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp sea moss gel
  • 1/2 banana mashed (or sliced on top)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions
  1. In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, chia (if using), vanilla, cinnamon, and sea moss gel.
  2. Stir well until the gel disappears into the mix.
  3. Add banana (stir in or layer).
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  5. Serve cold, or warm gently the next morning.

Tips
  • Too thick in the morning: stir in a splash of milk.
  • Add-ons: berries, toasted coconut, or a spoon of nut butter.
