Golden Gel currently offers monthly and 21-day subscription plans. A 300ml jar is £12.74 per delivery on its current 15% selling plan. Proposed standard delivery adds £3.99 below £20; express adds £4.99 below £40. Thresholds and eligibility must be confirmed for recurring shipments before launch.
Current cancellation route
The public policy asks customers to email at least 48 hours before renewal. We have not verified the live customer portal or the applicable processing lock. Do not assume the online controls in this prototype already exist.
Proposed management experience
Skip, pause, reschedule, eligible swaps and cancellation are demonstrated in the account. Recharge entitlement, settings, order-lock rules and reliable confirmation messages must be tested before these controls are promised.
A reminder before each order
Proposal: send a reminder five days before the charge, showing items, quantity, delivery charge, total, charge date and the real change deadline. Pending legal and operational review. No change to existing customer contracts is implied.
