Taste depends on how sea moss is prepared and what it is blended with. Our Golden Sea Moss Gel has a subtle citrus note from lime. Our flavoured and infused gels offer different blends, so you can choose by the ingredients you enjoy. Taste is personal: explore the range and check each product’s ingredients and serving guidance.

Follow the directions on your product’s current label. Different formats and blends have their own guidance. The product finder compares formats; it does not recommend a dose.

Yes, for eligible UK orders without gel. Choose pickup-point delivery in the regular checkout and select a participating Royal Mail location. Standard collection-point delivery is free when offered. Gels, gel bundles and mixed baskets containing gel need UK home delivery to reduce delays before refrigeration. Final options and charges appear at checkout.

We deliver throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and remote mainland postcodes. Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are separate destinations. Check the delivery options for your address before payment.

Standard UK delivery is £3.99, or free on qualifying one-time and first subscription orders from £30 before discounts. Express is £4.99, or free from £40 before discounts, where offered. From your second subscription order, Standard UK delivery is free with no minimum spend. Final options and charges are shown before payment.

Order before noon UK time for same-day dispatch on eligible days: all products Monday–Thursday. Stock, preparation readiness, bank holidays and announced closures apply. After noon, dispatch moves to the next eligible day. Thursday after noon: all products normally dispatch Monday. Closures move dispatch to the next eligible day.

Yes. Refrigerate gel immediately on arrival and keep it refrigerated between uses. Follow the date and storage instructions on your own jar. Shelf life runs from production; delivery or opening does not restart it.

Yes, but first transfer it into a food-safe, freezer-safe container or portion tray. Do not freeze it in the supplied glass jar, which may crack or break. Ask us for freezing and thawing guidance for your specific gel.

Do not consume gel that arrives damaged, leaking, unusually warm or otherwise suspect. Contact us promptly with your order number, arrival time and label or batch details. Photos are helpful, but please still contact us if you cannot provide them. You do not need extra delivery protection to exercise your statutory rights.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Under our cancellation policy, you can cancel an order before it has been dispatched. We use the time your request reaches us. The dispatch cutoff is not a cancellation deadline.

For eligible non-perishable purchases, tell us within 14 calendar days after delivery, then return the goods within 14 calendar days of telling us. Fresh gels are excluded from change-of-mind returns because they are perishable. Your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described goods remain.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, we refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. No. Buy once and reorder whenever it suits you. A subscription is a separate choice for eligible products.

Save 15% on eligible subscription products from your first order. Choose from the schedules offered on your product page. Your plan renews and charges automatically until cancelled. Check the price, frequency and delivery charge before payment.

Open your subscription account using the email address you used to subscribe. Check your next payment date and the changes available for your plan. Contact us if your account does not offer the change you need.

No. Stopping future renewals is separate from cancelling an order already paid for. Contact us immediately about that order. Cancel future renewals before the next payment is taken; we use the time a request reaches us.
