What changes between formats?
Gel is ready to use and needs fridge space. Dried sea moss needs rinsing, soaking and blending. Powder mixes into food or drinks. Capsules and gummies need no preparation, but their ingredients and serving guidance differ.
Choose by flavour, then check the label
Plain Golden Gel has a subtle lime note. Honey blends are sweeter; cacao and matcha add earthy notes; sorrel is tart and fruity. Honey blends contain honey, and matcha blends contain caffeine. Colour does not establish a stronger product.
Buy the amount you can use
The gel use-by period starts at production. Several blends list two weeks, while others list three. Read the product-specific guidance and the date on the jar. A large bundle or frequent subscription is only useful if it suits your consumption.
What does a lab report prove?
It records results for the sample and tests named in the report. Read its product, batch, date and scope. A report is not evidence for every possible health claim or every finished product.
