Fresh products need clear dates and the right conditions from production to your fridge.
Golden Sea Moss Gel
Keep Golden Sea Moss Gel refrigerated and use it within three weeks of production, following the date on your jar. The three-week period does not start on delivery. The current product guidance allows freezing it in suitable repackaged portions for up to three months.
Every blend has its own guidance
Shelf life is product-specific. Sorrel Gel, for example, has guidance of two weeks from production. Do not apply Golden Gel guidance to every blend. Follow the label on your own jar.
Something does not seem right?
If the product arrives damaged or appears spoiled, do not consume it. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. You can email photographs to help the team investigate.
