Free Standard delivery on subscription renewals
From your second subscription order, Standard UK delivery is free with no minimum spend. An Express upgrade follows the Express rates and is not automatically free.
We count eligible products at their current one-time prices, before discounts, excluding delivery and fees. Discounts won’t remove free delivery once you qualify. Final delivery options and charges appear at checkout.

These planning estimates combine our preparation allowance with Royal Mail’s published delivery aims. They apply to addresses covered by those aims and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

1–2 working days preparation + a next-working-day transit aim after dispatch. Express does not automatically mean Tracked 24.
Monday and Thursday orders dispatched the same day before the relevant cutoff skip the usual preparation allowance: arrival then follows the selected courier service’s transit aim. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays wait until preparation resumes. Courier deliveries may take place at weekends; the estimates above are a working-day planning guide, not a live date calculator.
UK coverage includes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and remote mainland postcodes. However, Royal Mail does not provide its usual Tracked 24/48 delivery target for some postcodes, including BT and several remote or island areas. The overall estimates above do not apply to these exceptions. Ask us about timing before placing a time-sensitive order.

Allow 1–2 working days for preparation and dispatch for gel, mixed and non-gel-only orders. Courier transit starts after dispatch. Working days for preparation are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
We prepare your order
We prepare and pack your order within the 1–2-working-day allowance. Express orders receive priority preparation and dispatch within that same allowance.
Your parcel is dispatched
Your dispatch communication includes your carrier and tracking details. Express may use the same courier service as Standard; it is not guaranteed next-day delivery.
Your order arrives
Fresh gels travel with frozen ice packs. Refrigerate immediately on arrival, keep refrigerated between uses and follow the date and storage instructions on your jar.
Monday & Thursday same-day dispatch
- Gel & mixed orders: order by 11am on Monday or Thursday.
- Non-gel-only orders: order by 2:30pm on Monday or Thursday.
Cutoffs are inclusive, in UK local time, and exclude bank holidays. After the cutoff, allow the usual 1–2 working days for preparation and dispatch.

Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and remote mainland postcodes. Our fresh gels are available for UK delivery only. Delivery timing varies by destination. Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are separate destinations; ask us to check product eligibility and options before ordering.
Fresh-gel packing & arrival
Fresh gels are packed with frozen ice packs. Refrigerate immediately on arrival and keep refrigerated between uses. Follow the date and storage instructions on your jar. If your order arrives damaged or the gel does not seem right, do not consume it; contact us with your order number.

Can I order from outside the UK?
Our fresh gels are available for UK delivery only. For other products, check the delivery options shown at checkout for your address. If you are unsure whether we can deliver a particular product to you, ask us before ordering.

The arrival periods on this page are estimates based on preparation time and courier delivery aims. They are not guaranteed and do not apply to every postcode. Contact us before placing a time-sensitive order so we can help you check your destination and options.
