Your first subscription order
Standard: £3.99, or free from £30 before discounts.
Express: £4.99, or free from £40 before discounts, where available.
From your second subscription order
Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum spend.
Express costs £4.99, or is free from £40 before discounts, where available.
UK delivery. We count qualifying products at their current one-time prices before discounts, excluding delivery and fees. Discounts won’t remove free delivery once you qualify. Final charges are shown before payment.

Already charged for an order?
Cancelling future renewals does not cancel an order already paid for. We can cancel and refund a gel order before physical preparation starts. If preparation has begun, contact us to check what help is possible.

Can I try a product without subscribing?
Yes, where a one-time option is available. Choose One-time purchase on the product page if you do not want recurring deliveries.
Which delivery frequencies can I choose?
Choose from the schedules shown on your product page. Existing plans may differ. A calendar month is not the same as 30 days; your current schedule stays the same unless you agree to change it.
Can I pause, skip or change a delivery?
Check the options in your account. If you can’t make the change you need, contact us before your next payment is taken.
Will cancelling stop an order already paid for?
No. It stops future renewals. Contact us promptly with your order number to ask about an order already paid for.
