Subscription policy

  1. Single Purchase Cancellation: 📦 You may cancel your single purchase order within 2 hours of the transaction for a full refund. Please note that due to the immediate preparation and perishable nature of our products, cancellations after this period are not accepted.
  2. Subscription Cancellation: 🔄 For subscription purchases, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@milliesmoss.com. If you cancel within the first 2 hours of subscribing, you will be refunded for your initial order. However, cancellation requests made after the initial 2-hour period will apply to future orders and you will still be charged for and receive the current order.
  3. Auto-renewal Cancellation: 🔄 If you wish to stop the auto-renewal of your subscription, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date. Once your subscription is renewed, we will not be able to refund or cancel your order due to the perishable nature of our products.
  4. Refunds: 💵 Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

🔔 Please note: It is crucial that you provide us with the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or incomplete addresses, and we will not issue refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

🚨 We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, product availability and errors in the description or price of the product.
