Cancellation policy


1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@milliesmoss.com.

To prevent your next subscription order from being processed, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.

If a cancellation request is received after this 48-hour period, your current renewal order may still be processed, charged, and dispatched. The cancellation will then apply to future subscription orders only.

2. First Subscription Order

If you cancel within the first 2 hours of starting your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund on your initial subscription order.

After this 2-hour window has passed, your first subscription order may already be prepared for dispatch and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

3. Auto-Renewal

Subscription orders renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your selected payment method may be charged automatically until the subscription is cancelled.

Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next renewal date if they do not wish to receive future subscription orders.

4. Renewal Orders

Once a subscription renewal order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or refund that order due to the immediate preparation and perishable nature of many of our products.

Any approved cancellation after a renewal has been processed will apply to future subscription orders only.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds for eligible cancelled subscription orders are usually processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
