What it is

How to use it

Spoon into a smoothie or stir into breakfast, following the serving guidance on your current jar. Flavour choice changes the ingredients; check the blend before buying.

Storage and care

Keep refrigerated. Use within 3 weeks of production or freeze (repackaged) for up to 3 months. This period starts at production, not delivery. Follow the date on your jar. Minimum remaining life on arrival and the post-opening period require final confirmation.

Before you use it

Contains iodine, which occurs naturally in sea moss. If you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, speak to your doctor before use. Contains matcha, a source of caffeine. Food supplement. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
