How to use it

Current store preparation guidance: rinse thoroughly, soak in cool water for 12–24 hours, then blend with fresh water until smooth. Prepared gel needs its own refrigeration and use-by guidance.

Storage and care

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Prepared gel needs its own verified refrigeration and shelf-life instructions; dried storage guidance does not apply after blending.

Before you use it

Contains iodine, which occurs naturally in sea moss. If you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, speak to your doctor before use. Food supplement. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
